Service Description
At Thomas Driving Academy, the Adults (Ages 18–20) Safe Start program is designed for young adults stepping behind the wheel for the first time. You will complete 8 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction across 4 sessions of 2 hours each, scheduled every other day — so you're road-ready in about a week. Nathaniel Thomas delivers patient, professional one-on-one instruction built around your pace and goals, covering the skills and confidence you need to drive safely and independently. Cancellation Policy: 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson, and no-shows, are subject to a $100 fee.
Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy – 8 Hours Behind-the-Wheel Lessons All purchases of the 8 Hours Behind-the-Wheel Lessons package are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Once payment is made, Thomas Driving Academy, LLC dba Thomas Driving Academy does not provide refunds, partial refunds, reimbursements, or credits for unused or partially completed lessons. This policy applies if the student: Decides not to continue lessons; Changes driving schools; Moves or becomes unavailable; Fails to schedule or attend lessons; Has personal, school, work, or scheduling conflicts; Obtains a driver’s license before using all purchased hours; or Otherwise chooses not to complete the purchased lessons. Students are responsible for scheduling and attending their lessons according to Thomas Driving Academy’s scheduling and cancellation policies. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to use all purchased lesson hours do not qualify for a refund. If Thomas Driving Academy must cancel or reschedule a lesson, the affected lesson will be rescheduled at no additional charge. The 8 Hours Behind-the-Wheel Lessons package is intended for the enrolled student and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from Thomas Driving Academy. By purchasing this package, the student and/or parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.
